Daily schedule
Discipline, on and off the mat
A strict rhythm in compliance with Yoga Alliance standards — with fresh sattvic vegetarian food fuelling it: three meals daily, vegan and gluten-free catered.
Shatkarma (yogic cleansing) schedule
Daily schedule is subject to change at the faculty's discretion. Dress code: modest attire that honours the tradition — sleeved tops and full-length bottoms.
Certification
Completing the 300 Hr on top of your 200 Hr makes you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 500 — the internationally recognised advanced designation.
An optional Certificate in Yoga from HNB Garhwal University, recognised by the Government of India, is available at an additional cost.
Faculty & evaluation
6–7 resident teachers per batch across the eight limbs of the Patanjali Yogsutra, led by an E-RYT trainer — resident at the ashram throughout your course.
