Is it safe for a woman travelling alone to India?

Most of our students are solo women travellers. The ashram is a private, staffed campus above the town; arrival logistics are coordinated and resident faculty and staff are available around the clock.

What certification do I receive?

A Yoga Alliance certificate (RYT 200 or RYT 500 eligible) plus a Certificate in Yoga from HNB Garhwal University under the school's university extension-centre program.

Can you cater to vegan, gluten-free or medical diets?

Vegetarian is the default and vegan and gluten-free meals are prepared daily. Students share allergies or medical conditions at registration.
